After earning his B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University in 2021, Jacob Casas began his career in the energy sector, where he quickly developed hands-on expertise in fracturing design, field engineering management, and process automation. Starting out as a Field Hydraulic Fracturing Engineer, he soon moved into leadership roles, overseeing engineering teams and driving operational improvements.
Jacob’s background also includes several years in large-scale retail operations, where he led teams and streamlined performance across high-volume environments—experience that continues to inform his approach to team leadership and efficiency in technical settings.
He is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, where he has contributed through both volunteer work and chapter leadership. His ongoing involvement reflects a broader commitment to professional development and collaboration within the industry.
In the summer of 2025, Jacob transitioned into a new chapter of his career, joining RWC Adjusting bringing his engineering insight to the field of insurance adjusting.
